These terms explain how I (Fernando Soto) run histopath.ai (the “Site”) and what you accept when you read, share, or interact with the content here. If anything is unclear, please contact me before relying on the material.

Histopath.ai is a personal learning log that documents my progress toward digital and computational pathology. Everything published here is exploratory, incomplete, and intended for study, documentation, and discussion only.
- Not medical advice. Nothing on this Site should be used for diagnosis, treatment, patient management, or compliance decisions.
- Not an accredited curriculum. The content does not replace formal education, training, or supervision.
- Work in progress. Errors and evolving viewpoints are expected. You remain responsible for validating information with primary sources and qualified professionals.
2. Acceptable use
By using the Site you agree that you will not:
- Present the content as clinical guidance or professional advice.
- Upload or share identifiable patient information or any material that violates privacy or confidentiality rules.
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the Site, its integrations, or its hosting providers.
- Misrepresent your relationship with me or imply endorsements that do not exist.
If you submit feedback, corrections, or resources, you confirm you have permission to share them and that any material is properly de‑identified.
3. Intellectual property and reuse
Unless otherwise noted, the words, visuals, and code samples are created by me. You may:
- Read and reference the content for personal learning.
- Quote short excerpts with credit and a link back to histopath.ai.
You may not republish complete articles, compile the content into commercial products, or imply my endorsement without written permission. External datasets, figures, or publications retain their original licenses and citations.

Because this is an active learning project, I update sections, add new notes, and adjust policies over time. When I make significant changes I will refresh the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
